Founded more than a century ago to serve the Jewish people, 92nd Street Y promotes individual and family development and participation in civic life within the context of Jewish values and American pluralism. As a nonprofit community and cultural center, the YM-YWHA seeks to create, provide and disseminate programs of distinction that foster the physical and mental health of human beings throughout their lives, their educational and spiritual growth and their enjoyment. 92nd Street Y reaches out beyond its core constituency of American Jews to serve people of diverse racial, religious, ethnic and economic backgrounds, seeking partnerships that leaven our programs and broaden our influence.

The mission of The Academy of Vocal Arts is to be the world’s premier institution for training young artists as international opera singers. Through rigorous instruction and coaching, and by presentations of Resident Artists from around the world in fully staged professional opera productions, as well as concerts, oratorios, public programs, The Academy will train artists with the highest potential for career success while enriching lives in Philadelphia and beyond.

Grand Teton Music Festival was founded in 1962 by Jackson Hole Fine Arts Festival to foster classical music experiences for performers and audiences and to improve and enrich the cultural awareness and opportunities for people in Wyoming and the adjacent area.

Our actions and our art are informed by the following beliefs: • Classic plays are our cultural legacy and, like all great art, they are a vital part of forming bonds both within our community as well as to the past. • Diversity within the production, as well as in the audience, creates stronger, more entertaining theatrical experiences. • The audience’s understanding and enjoyment of the theater experience is of paramount importance. • Great writing and skillful performances take precedence over the technical elements of contemporary theatre. • Dynamic speaking and innovative staging are the primary means of engaging the audience’s imagination. • Productions of classical plays should be readily available to all. • There is no greater cause than to expand current audiences and create future ones.
