McKinney Repertory Theatre (MRT) was incorporated in January 2003 by a group of local amateur actors that had worked together for several years. Now in it’s 15th season, MRT is McKinney’s Official Community Theatre. MRT is a member of the American Association of Community Theatre (AACT). In the 2017-18 season, MRT will produce 5 shows with over 30 performances. MRT is supported in part by a grant from the City of McKinney through the McKinney Arts Commission.

To provide dance training, academic tutoring, and family counseling services to low income youth in San Diego County, with the goal of breaking the cycle of poverty, providing students with tools that will help them discover and pursue their true potential.Students will receive assistance that will make it much more likely for them to graduate high school on time and matriculate into college after graduation from high school.
Christian Youth Theater (CYT) is an after-school theater arts training program for students ages 4-18. CYT Chicago is a licensed affiliate of CYT Inc. CYT is the largest youth theater program in the nation. Since its founding in 1980, CYT has grown to be the largest youth theater program in the United States, with Affiliates across the country training thousands of students a year. CYT Chicago conducts three ten-week sessions (Fall, Winter, and Spring) teaching drama, voice, dance, and specialty theatrical workshops at weekly two-hour classes. Enrolled students have the opportunity to audition and perform (or work behind-the-scenes) in a Broadway-style musical performed for the community. CYT also offers summer camps for kids ages 6-18, where they will spend a week learning musical theater skills resulting in a showcase performance for family and friends!

The Columbia City Ballet is a non-profit and the premier ballet company for SC. Focusing on professional productions and keeping them affordable for the community as well as Educational Outreach to the students in the community and surrounding areas, the Columbia City Ballet is driven to introduce and provide the arts and arts education to as many in the community as possible through fundraising efforts and donations.
