Honoring the compassion and dedication of the funeral services industry has been the Museums mission since it began in 1992. Today, the Museum continues to enlighten visitors on one of man's oldest cultural rituals and celebrate the heritage of the funeral services industry.

THE DAWSONVILLE HISTORY MUSEUM, INC. PROVIDES THE NORTH GEORGIA AREA WITH A MUSEUM THAT ALLOWS FOR THE PRESERVATION OF GEORGIA RACING HISTORY AND MEMORABILIA. IN ADDITION, THE MUSEUM OFFERS NUMEROUS YOUTH AND FAMILY PROGRAMS, SCHOOL PROGRAMS, COMMUNITY AND LIBRARY PROGRAMS, AND PUBLIC PROGRAMS TO EDUCATE PEOPLE ABOUT GEORGIA'S RACING HISTORY. THE MUSEUM ALSO OFFERS RENTAL SPACE FOR COMMUNITY EVENTS.

The Holter Museum inspires, connects, and heals our community through contemporary exhibitions and innovative arts programming.The museum brings national and international exhibitions into the region, providing a much-needed venue for local and regional artists. The Holter Museum of Art also collects and preserves regional artworks in its permanent collection. The Holter is committed to promoting participation of diverse audiences through outreach, innovative educational programming, and collaboration with other organizations.

Public art exhibitions and education. MAM serves the public by engaging audiences and artists in the exploration of contemporary art relevant to the community, state, and region.

The mission of The Patch Works Art & History Center is to preserve, sustain, and maintain the historical identity, relevance, and integrity of Atlanta’s Cabbagetown — a resurging, 19th-century mil-ltown community impacted by major urban development — through exhibits of history and local art, and community-based public programs and events.

KidSTREAM will provide an engaging environment where kids explore, play, and discover. KidSTREAM will inspire and empower kids to become critical thinkers, innovators, and life-long learners.
