THE MISSION OF THE UKRAINIAN MUSEUM IS TO COLLECT, PRESERVE AND DISPLAY OBJECTS OF ARTISTIC OR HISTORIC MERIT RELEVANT TO UKRAINIAN LIFE AND CULTURE AND TO ACQUAINT THE PUBLIC WITH ITS RICH HERITAGE THROUGH EXHIBITIONS, EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, SCHOLARLY RESEARCH, AND RELATED COMMUNITY EVENTS.

Storefront for Art and Architecture amplifies the understanding of the built environment through artistic practice. Founded in 1982 by artists and architects in downtown New York, Storefront has chronicled the changing urban landscape of the city over the years, and remains committed to producing and presenting work about diverse notions of place and public life.

THE KATONAH MUSEUM OF ART, THROUGH INNOVATIVE EXHIBITION AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS, PROMOTES THE UNDERSTANDING AND ENJOYMENT OF THE VISUAL ARTS FOR DIVERSE AUDIENCES. THE MUSEUM PRESENTS EXHIBITIONS THAT EXPLORE IDEAS ABOUT ART, CULTURE AND SOCIETY - PAST AND PRESENT.

THE NATIONAL BASEBALL HALL OF FAME AND MUSEUM IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION DEDICATED TO FOSTERING AN APPRECIATION OF THE HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE GAME OF BASEBALL AND ITS IMPACT ON OUR CULTURE BY COLLECTING, PRESERVING, EXHIBITING AND INTERPRETING ITS COLLECTIONS FOR A GLOBAL AUDIENCE, AS WELL AS HONORING THOSE WHO HAVE MADE OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTIONS TO OUR NATIONAL PASTIME.

The museum interprets the broad and deep history of Chittenango Landing: the land, air, water and people by engaging the public through educational and recreational programming while preserving and interpreting the re-created 19th century dry dock complex.

The Burchfield Penney Art Center is a museum dedicated to the art and vision of Charles E. Burchfield and the art and artists of our region. Through our affiliation with SUNY Buffalo State University, we encourage learning and celebrate our richly creative, diverse community.

The Sciencenter is a hands-on science museum located in Ithaca, New York. Mission: Cultivate an engaged community of curious, collaborative, critical thinkers. Vision: A community where people use science as a way of understanding the world. At the Sciencenter, visitors can enjoy hands-on experiences related to science, technology, engineering, and math. The exhibits are designed to build science process skills and provide interactive experiences that explore topics such as the environment, climate change, astronomy, and the health of the oceans. Visitors can also explore the world around them with the help of live animals like reptiles and fish. Most of the exhibits are created in the Sciencenter’s fabrication shop by its team of exhibit developers.

The Museum embraces cultural diversity and encourages responsible environmental action based on respect for Nature. Through exhibitions and programs, the Museum seeks to challenge and inspire all of us to improve the quality of our lives and our world.
