The mission of the Flying Leatherneck Historical Foundation is to preserve the aviation history of the U.S. Marine Corps, honor the service of its people, and inspire in all generations an appreciation of America’s freedoms and values.The Foundation accomplishes its mission by supporting the Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum and providing programs to serve the community and share the heritage of USMC aviation.

The mission of the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum is to inspire people to live in harmony with the natural world by fostering love, appreciation, and understanding of the Sonoran Desert. The Museum is regularly listed as one of the top ten zoological parks in the world due to its unique approach in interpreting the complete natural history of a single region (in our case this is the Sonoran Desert and adjacent ecosystems). Not a “museum" in the usual sense, it is an unparalleled composite of plant, animal, and geologic collections with the goal of making the Sonoran Desert accessible, understandable, and valued.

Holocaust Museum Houston is dedicated to educating people about the Holocaust, remembering the 6 million Jews and other innocent victims and honoring the survivors' legacy. Using the lessons of the Holocaust and other genocides, we teach the dangers of hatred, prejudice and apathy. Our Vision We envision a society that transforms ignorance into respect for human life, that remembers the Holocaust and affirms an individual's responsibility for the collective actions of society. Through the permanent exhibit, educational programming, and outreach the museum employs the history of the Holocaust and other genocides to educate and inspire future generations of Virginians to fight prejudice and indifference.
