NYA serves to enhance student participation and success in education, career development and community leadership, enabling youth to become full participants in the ongoing development of Canada’s north. As a result of 14 years of operations we have more than 250 alumni and have seen success in increasing high school graduation rates and helping to build a skilled and well-educated northern workforce. NYA's model of education through work and travel operates as separate, but related, 10 month long programs. In the Canadian Program participants spend 5 weeks living with a host family and volunteering at a work placement in southern Canada. In the second phase, the International Program, participants train at Algonguin College in the construction trades before travelling to Guatemala for 3 weeks to work on a charitable building project. Along with the opportunity to travel and gain new skills through volunteer work placements, youth are able to earn up to 18 high school credits.

The mission of the Art Center of the Bluegrass is to connect people to art, culture, and creativity. We accomplish this mission through exhibits, education, special events, and and a committment to community outreach.

Thiossane Institute's mission is to preserve and present traditional West African dance, music and culture by providing authentic performances and detailed instruction; to perpetuate its significance to future generations, and to create a lifestyle of physical and mental wellness.

Sounds Academy is a non-profit music education organization that teaches, mentors, and provides musical experiences and opportunities for underserved youth. Students receive individual lessons, group classes, and participate in public performances on instruments such as the violin, viola, cello, and bass. Instruments are provided to those who cannot afford one. In Sounds Academy students learn the values of creativity, leadership, perseverance, resilience, and teamwork through music education. We teach these values in our school programs for lower income schools, our strings program, and our college-prep program. Students also interact with professional musicians in our musical access program. Our mission is to teach, mentor, and provide musical experiences and opportunities to underserved youth. The vision of Sounds Academy is to provide music education opportunities to a wide variety of children while removing any barriers that children may have in receiving quality music education.

Sarasota Music Conservatory is dedicated to providing the highest standard of music education and performance programs to all the children of our community. Through private lessons, master-classes, recitals and interaction between world class professional musicians and aspiring young talents, we bring to the community the only Music Conservatory in South West Florida. We engage and inspire music students through excellence in educational, artistic and cultural programs; and nurture talent, self-confidence, and discipline through the learning of music.

Laguna Plein Air Painters Association is devoted to building upon and promoting the renowned landscape painting heritage of Laguna Beach. Our mission is to enhance visibility and livelihoods of its professional artist members, provide professional development and educational programs for its emerging artist members and youth, and interactive art programs and exhibitions for the entire community.

Our mission is to create and present theatrical works that reflect the African-American experience.

The Audio Information Network of Colorado is dedicated to normalizing the lives of Colorado's blind, visually impaired, and print disabled residents by providing audio access to newspapers, magazines, and other ink print materials not available through another resource.

The mission of Friends of Chamber Music is to present the finest chamber music performances to the Denver metropolitan area for the enrichment of diverse audiences; to introduce chamber music to new audiences; and to provide education and outreach programs for children and adults in the community.
