Los Altos History Museum gathers and presents stories and artifacts that bridge the past and the present to challenge establish narratives by fostering the creative energy of staff and volunteers, producing engaging education exhibits and programs. Founded in 1977 as a grassroots community volunteer organization, we have grown over the last 45 years to be a mission-driven organization working to help residents of Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, Palo Alto, and Cupertino make sense of our changing world and our own place in it. Our vision is to be the premier local center for creating a sense of belonging for everyone living and working in the area across multiple generations and multiple ethnicities. Our core values are authenticity, diversity, and innovation.

The Windsor Museum & Historical Society collects, preserves, and shares the history of Windsor and the Russian River township through museum exhibits, historic-site stewardship, educational programs, and printed and archival materials.

The Indy Art Center’s work is to build community through art by offering accessible, hands-on art classes, exhibitions, and outreach programs so people of all ages and backgrounds can make and experience art. Their programming includes studio classes, youth camps, public exhibitions, and community outreach (summary based on the organization’s site and program pages).

Selah Theatre Project is a 501(c)(3) community theatre organization that produces stage productions and year‑round arts education. It focuses on amplifying diverse local voices, offering classes and youth programs, and using theatre to foster reflection, dialogue, and community connection in the Shenandoah Valley.

Five4five Productions runs hands-on media and film-education programs for middle and high school students in underserved NYC communities. They teach filmmaking skills (writing, acting, directing, editing) while emphasizing teamwork, problem-solving and character-building, and they showcase student work at an annual film festival.

THE MISSION OF THE JAPANESE AMERICAN NATIONAL MUSEUM (THE "MUSEUM") IS TO PROMOTE UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF AMERICA'S ETHNIC AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY BY PRESERVING, INTERPRETING AND SHARING THE EXPERIENCES OF JAPANESE AMERICANS.

The Children’s Museum of Sonoma County inspires curiosity and creativity through joyful, transformative experiences. CMOSC’s vision is to ensure that all children have access to innovative play, creating more opportunities to empower the next generation of leaders, inventors, thinkers, and dreamers.

The National September 11 Memorial and Museum will honor the thousands of lives lost in the attacks of September 11, 2001 and February 26, 1993; the endurance of those who survived; the courage of those who risked their lives to save others; and the compassion of all who supported us in our darkest hours. As a catalyst for the future, this inspiring and dignified space will help restore the spirit and vitality of the surrounding community while seeking to foster understanding and peace in the larger world community.

It is ESMoA’s mission to act as a catalyst for creative thinking in the South Bay and the greater Los Angeles area, provoking visitors to “Reimagine Creativity” with a focus on experimental exhibitions, community engagement, and arts education. ESMoA seeks to recalibrate rules of understanding, knowing, and doing through the arts.

The Yiddish Book Center works to tell the whole Jewish story by rescuing, translating, and disseminating Yiddish books and presenting innovative educational programs that broaden understanding of modern Jewish identity. The organization works to advance knowledge of the content and literary and cultural progeny of the books we've save. Beyond having saved more than one million Yiddish books since its founding in 1980, the Yiddish Book Center advances knowledge of the content and literary and cultural progeny of the books its saved through educational programs, translation initiatives, and the Wexler Oral History Project among others.

Community Jams connects musicians of all abilities and backgrounds by hosting inclusive live “jam” sessions, studio programs, and community outreach so people can collaborate, develop musical skills, and build social connection through music.
