The Connecticut Family Theatre, Inc. has been established with the mission to provide theatre education and performance opportunities to children of all ages and abilities in a safe, familiar, non-competitive atmosphere. It is our aim to provide an environment that promotes creativity, nurtures the imagination and builds confidence. We welcome and encourage family members and local artists to lend their knowledge, experience and talents in our quest to cultivate a community, a true family theatre.

The Bija Children's Choir exists to enrich the lives of Sonoma County youth through a vibrant education in the multicultural choral performing arts, offering more that just an after school program that teaches kids to sing. At the heart of the Bija Choir program is the belief that young people who share their gifts thrive, and when young people thrive, so does their community and the world beyond. Through engaging musical training and dynamic cultural performances, Bija Choir students develop the capability and confidence to proudly serve the Sonoma County area and greater world beyond as young ambassadors of harmony.

The "Artist the Artist" Foundation is a nonprofit 501c3 Corporation formed to provide college scholarship and support to students who are furthering their education in " The Arts ". This includes art design, painting, drawing, music, dance, drama and sculpting.

The National Marine Life Center rehabilitates and releases stranded marine mammals and sea turtles in order to advance science and education in marine wildlife health and conservation.

Engage the Vision is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that seeks to encourage and empower our youth through mentoring.

MACLA is an inclusive contemporary arts space grounded in the Chicano/Latino experience that incubates new visual, literary and performance art in order to engage people in civic dialogue and community transformation.

NOMAF expands the services of the NOMC and its mission to keep New Orleans music ALIVE by sustaining New Orleans’ traditional music cultures. We do this by providing cost-efficient access to comprehensive, wellness education and preventive health care, mental health and social services. Regardless of the patients’ ability to pay, NOMC is the medical home for more than 2,500 local musicians and tradition bearers.

Fostering Artistic Excellence in Local Youth

The Baron Jay Family Foundation is a 501(c)(3) federally tax exempt nonprofit organization that was legally incorporated in 2004. We are committed to promoting health awareness, relationship guidance, employment preparedness arts education, and financial literacy in economically distressed and underserved communities. We host workshops and programs for at-risk youth that prepare them to become responsible, civic-minded, respectful, and productive citizens. We also sponsor free training programs in computer skills training and English literacy to local communities in underdeveloped regions of the world such as West Central Africa. One of our main goals is to increase digital literacy through computer skill development in poverty stricken communities. All of our workshops are designed to give our beneficiaries practical life-skills that promote self-esteem, empathy, stress reduction, anger management, academic improvement, and civic leadership. Vision Our vision is to become a leader in helping low-income people “at risk” for poverty, despair, and violence overcome these challenges so that they not only uplift themselves, but also lend a helping hand to others. Our mission is to motivate and empower economically disadvantaged individuals — especially youth — to become productive and contributing members of society by providing: • Life skills education in healthy habits and harmonious relationships. • Culturally enriching experiences that promote self-esteem, good citizenship, leadership qualities, and empathy for others. • Extracurricular workshops in job preparedness, computer training, and financial literacy to help reduce the achievement gap and the global digital divide.

The mission of Lighthouse Writers Workshop is to provide the highest caliber of artistic education, support, and community for writers and readers in the Rocky Mountain Region and beyond. We strive to ensure that literature maintains its proper prominence in the culture, and that individuals achieve their fullest potential as artists and human beings.

Preserve and promote the cultural & social heritage of north Indian (Hindi speaking) states of Bharat (Republic of India). Encourage its members to actively engage in philanthropic activities. Foster friendship and understanding among the people from Indian subcontinent of different linguistic and geographical territories.
