Aark is a non-profit wildlife rehabilitation and education center whose mission is to rehabilitate and release orphaned and injured native wildlife and promote harmony between humans and their wild neighbors through quality environmental education.

WILDLIFE REHABILITATION AND EDUCATION

The Spirit of Alexandria Foundation was created to carry on the legacy of Alexandria Bennett, a little girl whose passion for nature and generosity was evident to everyone around her. Through this foundation, it is her family and friends mission to help children experience nature and all its wonderment. The Spirit of Alexandria Foundation will work in cooperation with partners in the places that she loved, both close to home and across the country.

The General Braddocks Fish Club, Connellsville, PA, was established to maintain a local trout hatchery to stock the Connellville Youghiogheny River and to provide outdoor fun to our community family and friends.

To preserve the Midway Atoll as a wildlife refuge.

Great River Greening’s restoration projects are aimed at improving the region’s natural resources by strengthening ecological systems and promoting stewardship and management of critical lands and waters. We choose our projects based upon conservation need, ecosystem services provided, and community benefits.

TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR ANY TYPE OF EXOTIC ANIMAL THAT MAY BE IN NEED OF A HOME OR RESCUE. TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES TO LOCAL SCHOOLS.

Their main purpose is to maintain purpose the structure for the benefit of fisheries, wildlife, recreational values, and downstream safety (flood control).

Pheasants Forever, with its sister organization Quail Forever, is dedicated to the conservation of pheasants, quail, and other wildlife through habitat improvements, public awareness, education and land management policies and programs.

Sylvan Heights Bird Park is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your admission, membership, gift shop purchases, and donations all help the park continue its mission of conserving the world’s birds and teaching the next generation about the importance of saving wildlife.
