Atlanta Boxer Rescue is a non-profit organization that strives to rescue, medically rehabilitate, and re-home unwanted and abandoned Boxers within the greater Atlanta area as well as providing education to pet owners. We work to inform people about the realities of pet guardianship, promote spaying/neutering, and encourage responsible care of the Boxer to enhance the lives of pet owners and their companion animals. Tasha’s Furry Friends Sanctuary is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit, volunteer-based no-kill animal sanctuary for senior cats and special needs cats and kittens. Tasha’s Furry Friends Sanctuary mission is to provide senior cats and special needs cats and kittens with a safe haven to ensure they can live out their lives in love, dignity, comfort, compassion, and with companionship throughout their lives and throughout their senior years. Tasha’s Furry Friends Sanctuary was founded on the belief that all cats deserve a second chance at life because every cat matters. Tasha’s Furry Friends Sanctuary provides care for senior cats and special needs cats and kittens that are unable to find homes due to age, chronic illness, physical disabilities, temperament and behavioral issues.

We are a 501c3 no-kill rescue organization dedicated to providing tender care and permanent placement into loving homes for cats and dogs at risk of danger due to abuse, neglect or abandonment. Haven on Earth Animal League supports the concept of a no-kill millennium by including the cost of spaying and neutering in the adoption fee.

Animal Rescue and Adoption

The Venice Cat Coalition supports feral cat programsand reductions in euthanasia of cats in local shelters, providing low orno-income cat owners with emergency help where possible and advocating onbehalf of humane, No Kill treatment of felines.The Venice Cat Coalition will remain a small, grass rootscat rescue/non-profit conducting limited programs as funding allows,participating in the monthly Buddy’s Feral Cat program and other catspay-neuter clinics, and educating community members and policy-makers aboutprogressive initiatives to save cats and dogs lives.

POODLE AND POOCH RESCUE SAVES DOGS THAT TRULY NEED HELP. WE RESCUE THE "LEFTOVERS" FROM ANIMAL CONTROL. WE PROVIDE THE VETERINARY CARE THEY NEED. A FOSTER FAMILY THEY LOVE AND WHEN THEY ARE READY, WE ADOPT THEM TO A FAMILY WHO CHERISHES THEM. WE HAVE SAVED OVER 3,200 DOGS SINCE 2008.

Stop CrueltyWe investigate and work with local authorities to enforce laws to protect animals from abuse and neglect. Animal cruelty can be a felony in Louisiana. We actively work to aid in the prosecution and punishment of animal abusers. Restore HealthWhen animals come into the care of Tangi Humane Society, they are first quarantined and receive appropriate veterinary care. We provide a safe, clean environment so they can heal, regain their strength and ultimately find new, loving homes. Loving HomesWhen our rescues are ready for adoption, we host Pet Adoption Days in the community so people can meet and possibly adopt our rescued pets. To achieve and maintain a "NO KILL" League City Community. To increase the number of pet adoptions to qualified homes by getting the animals out into the community where they can be seen. To financially assist the shelter in recruiting and training volunteers, foster caregivers and create innovative programs . Promote the spaying and neutering of animals and the humane care and treatment of animals.

To place each dog or puppy into the best “forever home” possible, as well as help educate members and non-members alike about the ownership of this fine breed.
