The Jacksonville Humane Society provides care, comfort and compassion to animals in need while engaging the hearts, hands and minds of our community to bring about an end to the killing of abandoned and orphaned shelter animals.

The Cleveland APL's mission is to foster compassion and end animal suffering. The Cleveland APL's programs primarily serve Cuyahoga county, but the organization is committed to assisting as many animals and people beyond those borders whenever our resources and capacity for care allow. The animal adoptions program is available to any person who is willing to travel to the Cleveland APL and provide a good, loving home for an animal. By law, the Cleveland APL's jurisdiction for humane law enforcement is limited to Cuyahoga county, Ohio.

Guide Dogs for the Blind provides enhanced mobility to qualified individuals through partnership with dogs whose unique skills are developed and nurtured by dedicated volunteers and a professional staff. Established in 1942, Guide Dogs for the Blind continues its dedication to quality student training services and extensive follow-up support for graduates. Our programs are made possible through the teamwork of staff, volunteers and generous donors. Services are provided to students from the United States and Canada at no cost to them.

The mission of the Atlanta Humane Society is to improve animal welfare in the southeastern United States by providing quality animal services including preventative initiatives, education, advocacy and adoption of animals into permanent loving homes.

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation provides private support to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department to manage and conserve the natural and cultural resources of Texas and to provide hunting, fishing and outdoor recreation activities for the use and enjoyment of present and future generations.

Stone Soup Animal Rescue provides a safe haven and temporary shelter for stray and displaced animals (dogs, cats and other companion animals), responds in disasters to rescue and care for animals, and promotes spay/neuter, anti-cruelty education, and training to reduce overpopulation and the impacts of breed-specific legislation.

Lexington Humane Society mission is to advocate the compassionate treatment of animals; educate the community on responsible, lifelong pet ownership; and promote adoption as the best option when searching for a new pet.

The mission of the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals - Angell Animal Medical Center is to protect animals, relieve their suffering, advance their health and welfare, prevent cruelty, and work for a just and compassionate society.
