Puppy Rescue Mission

The primary mission of The Puppy Rescue Mission, Inc. (TPRM), as stated in our by-laws, is to fund-raise and assist in pet rescue, foster and re-homing when needed, in particular pets of soldiers, especially those deployed in war zones. We assist with requests, logistics, administration and fund-raising for the adopted stray dogs of war rescued by and bonded with soldiers. This may include vet care, supplies, transport and related issues. We work with or through other organizations that help our soldiers bring their companion animals home from war.

Tennessee Valley Golden Retriever Rescue

We truly value man's best friend and the message that carries with it. One of the most iconic breeds is the Golden Retriever, for their loyalty, and their love of family situations. I cannot remember a time when the breed wasn't associated with family and the love that concept represents. That means there is also a huge problem with the abuse some members of this breed are facing, as these dogs are very loyal, and as seen by our number of rescues, we have found many of them with lack luster situations, and are in the process of rehabilitating these great animals and finding a forever home for them.

Pet Alliance Of Greater Orlando

More than 4,000 homeless dogs and cats will turn to the Pet Alliance for caring, compassion and hope through our animal shelters this year. Pet Alliance provides food, medical care and shelter for dogs and cats until they find their new homes. The average length of stay for dogs is 8 days and for cats is 15 days. Pet Alliance’s live release rate averages around 99%. In addition to providing housing and care, Pet Alliance works to develop progressive and innovative programs that help keep pets and people together. This, combined with initiatives to minimize the number of community cats being born, will help reduce the number of dogs and cats that need to enter the shelter. Pet Alliance also provides low-cost spay/neuter surgeries and animal wellness through our public veterinary clinics. Our shelter programs are supported entirely by donations from the communities that we serve and we receive no funding from national organizations like the ASPCA or the Humane Society of the United States.

German Shepherd Rescue Of New England

German Shepherd Rescue of New England, Inc. (GSRNE) is an all volunteer, 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to providing veterinary care, evaluation and adoptive homes for the countless numbers of German Shepherd Dogs who are left in pounds to await uncertain fate, are owner surrenders (divorce, death, etc.), or are from abuse or neglect situations. We help provide a safe harbor for German Shepherds that might otherwise be destroyed. Each dog applying to our program is evaluated for temperament and behavioral information. All accepted dogs are spayed or neutered, updated on vaccinations, and receive essential medical care. Then the dogs are placed into GSRNE foster homes, while they await new homes. Finally, each dog is carefully placed in a loving home with a family that matches that dog's temperament, activity level and needs.
