K9s For Warriors is dedicated to ending Veteran Suicide through the use of highly trained Service Dogs. With the majority of dogs being rescues, this innovative program allows the K9/Warrior team to build an unwavering bond that facilitates their collective healing and recovery. The mission of 4 Paws for Ability is to: - Enrich the lives of children with disabilities by the training and placement of quality, task trained service dogs to provide increased independence for the children and assistance to their families. - Enrich the lives of veterans from recent conflicts who have lost the use of their limbs or their hearing while in active combat. - Educate the public to accept the use of service dogs in public places. - Assist with animal rescue when possible.

PAWS is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to saving Philadelphia’s homeless, abandoned, and unwanted animals. PAWS is the city’s largest no-kill shelter and operates two high-volume, low-cost clinics serving pet owners and rescue organizations that lack access to affordable basic veterinary care. Through its adoption locations, special events, and foster care network, PAWS finds loving homes for thousands of animals each year. PAWS is working to make Philadelphia a no-kill city where every healthy and treatable pet is guaranteed a home.

We have only just begun and need your support - Our goal is to build the first fully solar powered 65 acre no-kill sanctuary in California to be the over-flow for the city and county shelters, while assisting traditional rescues with medical and a foster program. We are currently fundraising to buy land and build homes where animals can live in healthy surroundings until they are adopted. The Maryland SPCA’s mission is to improve the lives of pets and people in the community. We are dedicated to helping both pets and people and to saving the lives of animals in the community.

We seek out and take in the animals who no other organization will help or would simply euthanize because they are too expensive to heal. We rescue the abandoned, beaten, bred, fought, injured, terrified, defeated and betrayed. The minute they enter our doors, we look in their eyes and promise them ALL the second chance they deserve for health, home, commitment and love, no matter the amount of time or cost involved. Our Vision is to ensure a bright future for the underdog. To end needless suffering, negligence, and abuse. To serve the City of St. Louis and surrounding metro areas and have the largest inner-city animal sanctuary in the country.

Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter, Inc. (BARCS), is a non-profit organization created in July 2005 to take over the operations of the city shelter and to work directly with Baltimore City Animal Control. We take in homeless, neglected, and unwanted animals in Baltimore City. BARCS' mission is to accept and care for all animals in need and promote responsible pet ownership for a more humane community in Baltimore City.

Lake Erie Labrador Retriever Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity with an all-volunteer staff.  It exists to provide rescue and adoption services for Labrador Retrievers who are homeless, or whose owners have abandoned, or are about to abandon them in the community or to local animal control or other humane organizations. Provide education on the importance of vet care/spay and neuter and responsible pet ownership. Area of activity is northeastern Ohio and northwestern Pennsylvania.
