The organization’s general purpose is to provide financial relief and assistance to the poor and underprivileged members of the community. The specific purpose of this corporation is to provide blankets and other personal necessities to children in foster care so that the children may retain these items as their own when they are being transferred to and from different foster families or caregivers. Further, the organization may engage in purposes permitted under Ohio laws governing nonprofit corporations that benefit or support the needs of children in foster care.
