As we close an impactful year at Silence the Shame, Inc. (STS), thank you for your continued commitment to mental wellness. Your support helps create spaces where people can recognize the signs, seek help, and thrive. Mindful Moves, Quiet Courage is Silence the Shame’s 2025 year-end campaign focused on practical, everyday mindfulness and stigma reduction. The campaign brings short, accessible practices into familiar spaces—at home, at work, at school—and connects them to timely education, 988 awareness, suicide prevention training, and pathways to care. Through impact stories, “60-second resets,” and clear calls to action, we invite supporters to fund education, training, and resources that help people recognize the signs, seek help, and thrive. Little resets lead to big results when communities have tools, trust, and support. Founded by Shanti Das, Silence the Shame is a grassroots nonprofit focused on empowering and educating communities on mental wellness.
