The Long Beach Blues Society preserves and promotes blues music by providing education, performances, and community programs (such as Blues in the Schools, Blues for Vets, and events) aimed especially at youth, seniors, veterans, and underserved communities; it works to teach blues history while supporting local artists and public performances.
