The mission of ICDC is to create a vibrant, stable, and safe South Dallas/Fair Park community by building partnerships that promote homeownership, economic development and community education. We envision a vibrant, stable South Dallas/Fair Park community as evidenced by the following characteristics:
A variety of healthy, family-friendly homes businesses Homeownership opportunities for low-to-moderate income individuals and families Attractive and adequate infrastructure (e.g. – streets, sidewalks, green space, utilities, trees, etc.) that facilitate safe, sustainable environment and communities.
