CONGREGATIONAL HOME DECLARES THAT IT IS IMPORTANT TO RESPECT AND HONOR THE DIGNITY OF EACH INDIVIDUAL RESIDENT, TO MAINTAIN SUPERIOR QUALITY FACILITIES AND PROGRAMMING, TO CONSIDER SERVICES THAT CAN BE DELIVERED IN THE COMMUNITY, AND TO MAINTAIN FINANCIAL STRENGTH AND STABILITY.
