Pledge to make a difference, together.
Junior Achievement (JA) is the world's largest organization dedicated to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy. Through a dedicated volunteer network, Junior Achievement provides in-school and after-school programs for students which focus on three key content areas: entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and work readiness. The goal is to teach concepts through experiential learning, allowing young people to put their new knowledge and skills into practice.
Junior Achievement of Wisconsin continues to be one of the most successful affiliates of JA USA. Ranked 3rd among 118 U.S. affiliates, the Wisconsin operation is the only area to be awarded the prestigious Summit Award yearly since 1987. The Summit Award recognizes program quality, customer satisfaction, overall management effectiveness, growth and financial solvency. During the recently completed 2015 - 2016 school year, 162,973 Wisconsin children attending 1,122 public and private schools participated in JA.
