Through programs like Sheila’s Supply Closet, Culinary Life Skills Training, and Gifts and Celebrations, along with our business ventures—Bates Pantry, Bates Thrift, and Bates Creative—we address both immediate needs and long-term growth. Supported by our dedicated community and staff, we create a supportive and inclusive environment where every young adult feels accepted, valued, and equipped to build a stable, independent future.
