FOSMAS is a 100% volunteer-run non-profit that provides rescue and foster care for Santa Clara County and surrounding communities. FOSMAS’ primary goal is to work with the local shelters to assist them to maintain and improve their animal related services to the community. We can accomplish this goal by increasing adoptions, expanding our volunteer program, providing information and financial support for local spay and neuter programs.
