Our Mission The mission of the Conservancy is to enhance the identity, beauty, and safety of White Rock Lake Park in partnership with Dallas Park and Recreation and the surrounding community. The Conservancy supports implementation of the Dallas’ White Rock Lake Master Plan through major fundraising initiatives and development expertise to meet significant park needs.
