Pledge to make a difference, together.
The Morgan Adams Foundation raises money and awareness on behalf of children affected with cancer. Working with leading clinician researchers, we directly fund pediatric cancer research and therapies which will improve survival rates and reduce the devastating side-effects of treatments
Myles was 6 years old when he was diagnosed with a medulloblastoma brain tumor. He received the standard treatment, but the cancer returned -- twice. The standard treatment wasn't enough, so Dr. Nick Foreman analyzed the genetic information in Myles's tumor and found a drug that killed his cancer cells in the lab. That drug was combined with radiation therapy and resolved Myles's cancer. Relapses like Myles's had previously been fatal in all children, but support of research through The Morgan Adams Foundation enabled Myles's doctor to find a medication that worked for his cancer. Today, Myles is a junior in college, and he has been cancer-free for more than 10 years! Thanks to kids' cancer research, Myles is studying in the renowned Aviation and Aerospace Science Department at Metro State University and working toward making his dream of an aviation career a reality.
