Our Mission

The Salem-Ota sister city relationship has existed since 1991 and we support the cultural exchange that has developed between Salem, MA and Ota, Tokyo. Students and adults from both countries, as well as pen-pal letters and student art work are exchanged as part of this wonderful educational program.
