THE CENTER IS A MULTICULTURAL ORGANIZATION WHICH JOINS WITH OTHERS TO END DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL ABUSE, ENSURE HUMAN RIGHTS, AND CREATE SOCIAL CHANGE.
