Every day, lives are changed by a single, selfless act - the gift of organ donation. Among those waiting for transplants are 2 groups of people: those who die waiting and those who receive the gift of life. Our work raises awareness of the urgent need for organ and tissue donors while helping recipients who have overcome the impossible to live life to the fullest. These individuals have faced life's greatest challenges; they are advocates for the cause but need resources, education and community. Transplant recipients have a unique opportunity to advocate for organ donation and raise awareness. Physical activity plays a crucial role in the recovery and long-term health of recipients. When recipients compete in world events, they demonstrate to the world what can be achieved through the gift of organ donation. Additionally, our programs provide recipients with community, tools, and resources to address the many challenges they face, leading to an increased quality of life. The WTGF promotes amateur sport amongst recipients, living donors and donor families; promoting the study of transplantation; educating the public and raising awareness of the world shortage of donor organs; sharing new knowledge from biological/clinical studies; promotion of mental and moral improvement for recipients, living donors and donor families; fostering international friendship and relations.

The specific objectives of the association are contained in its founding document (2006) and amendment (2019), with the following scope: a) Generate, transfer and apply scientific knowledge from various disciplines and approaches to promote the sustainable development of rural and urban communities, and other civil and social organizations that agree with the paradigm of an economically just, socially equitable, and environmentally sustainable world. b) Train human resources in rural or urban communities and other civil and social organizations to promote training in the conservation, sustainable use and restoration of ecosystems c) Generate, disseminate and transfer environmentally clean technologies d) Carry out all activities that are similar, annexed, connected and related to those mentioned above, e) Celebrate all acts and contracts necessary or convenient for the best achievement of the stated purposes. Since 2017: f) Promote the organized participation of the population in actions that improve their own living conditions for the benefit of the community or in the promotion of actions in matters of citizen security g) Promote actions to improve the popular economy through cooperativism, mutual aid and other actions in accordance with the principles of the social and solidarity economy h) Guide social groups and rural or urban communities to improve their education and training for work i) Promote support for the development of indigenous peoples and communities.

To provide higher education to train professionals, researchers, university professors, and technicians useful to society; to organize and conduct research, mainly on national conditions and issues; and to extend the benefits of culture as broadly as possible.

Through its technological platform, Fonselp helps companies connect with organizations that share their sustainability values, supporting initiatives aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). They provide innovative tools for measuring and auditing the impact of corporate actions, managing corporate volunteering, and promoting circular economy practices, all aimed at transforming communities and fostering responsible consumption and sustainable business practices.

Promoting inclusion through Social Gastronomy.

KNE Sustainability Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting global sustainable thinking and action. Our goal is to accelerate the dissemination of sustainability knowledge through modern media and e-learning. We are funded through partnerships, grants, and collaborations with organizations committed to sustainability and regeneration. Our key initiatives include the Global Goals Compass, a tool that provides guidance on the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and ReGen.rocks, an interactive social learning platform designed to educate young people on sustainability, connect them in a social network and match them with regenerative projects. Additionally, we connect researchers in the field of sustainable development, create innovative e-learning programs, and support companies and organizations in effectively implementing sustainability and regeneration strategies.
