Village Service Trust funds the health and development work of partner organisations in south India, principally in Theni District in Tamil Nadu. The main programme activities concern women's rights, micro-enterprise, the rights of Dalits and indigenous people, children's rights, tuberculosis control, prevention of HIV and Aids and care of people affected by HIV.

Futebol da forca [football gives strength] is an independent international foundation, educational platform and community for purpose-driven football coaches. The organisation was founded in Mozambique in 2012 to work within football to empower girls with agency to make informed decisions and live a life they value. Futebol da forca engages, trains and supports voluntary football coaches to empower girls within football, while changing attitudes and norms that today prevent girls from reaching their full potential, in order for girls to thrive far outside the football field.
Bioteka' s mission is to effectively connect science and society. As of 2010, when our civil society organization has been formed, we are dedicated to educating and raising public awareness on the importance of scientific discoveries and results, STEM, nature/environmental protection, sustainable development, public health, and related areas. We specialize in bringing scientific language, methods, and facts to the wider public. Our work includes educational (workshops, educational camps etc.), popular science (content creation, article writing, public outreach), volunteering and research activities, as well as initiatives for raising the public's awareness of topics in the field of natural sciences, nature and environmental protection, climate change and sustainable development. Bioteka continually promotes critical thought, science, modern teaching methods, active citizenship, sustainable development, and implementation of nature-based solutions. We cooperate with scientists, educational institutions, the private sector, and the public and have so far successfully carried out more than 75 projects of local, national, and international character and importance.

Women Win's vision is that of a world in which every adolescent girl and young woman fully exercises her rights. Our mission is to advance the playing field that empowers girls through sport and play. Women Win is the global leader in girls and women's empowerment through sport. We leverage the power of play to help adolescent girls and young women build leadership skills and become better equipped to exercise their rights. Since 2007, we have impacted the lives of 2,822,400 adolescent girls and young women directly and indirectly in over 100 countries. This is possible thanks to collaborations with a wide variety of grassroots women's organisations, companies, development organisations, sports bodies and government agencies. Women Win currently supports initiatives in Asia, Africa, Middle East, North and South America. Our work is focused on empowering girls and young women through sport, emphasising the prevention of gender-based violence, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and economic empowerment. In practice this involves developing high quality specialised tools and curricula; delivering training and capacity building workshops; monitoring and evaluation tools and systems development; and providing strategic and programmatic support. Women Win invests in and manages a diverse portfolio of global partners with approximately 1.5 million euros of direct funding granted annually.
3X3 Unites: We believe that major developments arise by embracing the small. We believe that inspiring and supporting young people in a healthy and sporty way leads to a better world. We do this by being a source of inspiration (top sports performance, exemplary organization and making (basketball) accessible to all athletes), by using our knowledge for the design of the public domain (outdoor courts), but above all by offering leadership programs to young people (life-skills development), to create jobs and to allow them to develop and implement 3X3 activities themselves in the neighborhood on squares, within the schools, through associations, youth organizations and others who need them. We strive for an inclusive sports climate in which gender, origin, level of education, orientation and limitations to perform regular sports are not important. 3X3 is pre-eminently an accessible and inclusive form of sport. Stichting (foundation) 3X3 Unites is founded on August 3rd 2016 in Amsterdam. Currently we are still based in Amsterdam. In 2019 3X3 Unites reached more than ten thousand of young people in the Netherlands, Libanon and Botswana. We have the ambition to reach tens of thousands on site of young people worldwide by 2021 and are proud to start the partnership with the Nike Foundation - Made To Play already in 2020. We look forward to start April 2020 and keep on developing in Amsterdam and after this globally in the coming years with all our partners.

Barking & Dagenham Youth Zone, named Future by young people, gives young people in Barking and Dagenham somewhere to go, something to do, and someone to talk to. We are open 7 days a week, whenever schools are closed, offering 20+ activities every session, including sports and arts. Most importantly all our activities are delivered by trained youth workers who provide positive role models.
How many beneficiaries have you reached in each of your services/programs? How do they reach their ideal population? MExoxo started in 2013 in Mexico with 2 women, expanded in the USA and Latin America supporting 1000 women and scaled up to 11 countries impacting 5345 women, as of today. Our mission is to empower, educate and connect literate and competent women (who have limited access to education or opportunities) via interactive and personalized methodology, aligned with the SDGs and focused on sustainability, social innovation, entrepreneurship, and STEM education. We offer our support through 3 main pillars: Empowerment that is performed by life-coaches and psychologists; Education on business and financial literacy that is offered by business mentors; Connectivity which happens via MExoxo's global network that offers women additional specialized education on their field of expertise to implement their projects through direct or indirect seed funding opportunities. The organization has educated 5345 women, of 14-55 yrs old, in 11 countries who have received $1M in value for their projects in actual money or growth opportunities. It should be underlined that MExoxo has recorded an indirect impact of 21,380 women as for every woman the organization empowers she supports 4 more within her family or community. Finally an important statistic is that 60% of our women participated have created or grow their own projects.
OMA's vision is of a society where everyone has access to healthy, nutritious, and affordable food, while benefiting from the positive impact on physical health, well-being and social connectivity that this brings. OMA's mission OMA's mission is to embed the belief throughout our city that access to healthy, nutritious and affordable food is a basic human right. While inequalities in accessing food persist, and while food vulnerability affects people in our communities, we seek to redress this imbalance by delivering free, healthy food and re-heatable meals to people experiencing deprivation and food poverty in our city. Our mission is mutual aid, not charity. All our food services are delivered with dignity and in solidarity. OMA's Mission in Focus: Oxford Mutual Aid is a community organisation which works to support our peers and neighbours in Oxford, primarily through the provision of food support. Founded to respond to the challenges of the pandemic, we have since become a vital part of Oxford's aid infrastructure. We are the only local service that is active seven days a week, operates on a delivery basis, and supplies baby necessities. We believe that nobody should face food insecurity, or experience stigma for seeking assistance. We do not implement means testing as it is invasive, expensive, and discourages people from seeking help. We provide regular food, baby and other essential supplies parcel support to more than 2,000 people in 834 households across Oxford (over 1% of the non-student population) and have delivered over 20,000 food parcels to date. We believe in supporting physical, mental, and emotional health. For this reason we offer nutritious and inviting food parcels that match the preferences, health requirements, and ethical/religious needs of each individual. Where people don't have the facilities or capacity to cook, we offer volunteer-prepared meals. Our Kitchen Collective programme has to date provided over 30,000 meals to the community, which, as well as providing nutritious meals to those with minimal cooking facilities, has been vital in bringing together organisations from across the city, including colleges, universities and local groups. Collaboration has always been at the heart of what we do. This is centered upon building systems that source and supply nutritious food to those who need it, reduce food waste and, and support local businesses. Through local supply networks, we can increase the food/supply resilience of our community in a time of uncertainty. We believe in solidarity. Our volunteers come from within the community that we serve. Many of us receive food support from Oxford Mutual Aid, giving us invaluable insight into how our processes work on every level. We aim to ensure that volunteers and recipients are empowered to see their positive impact in the community, harnessing their abilities in ways that recognise the value of diverse experiences, while being mindful of different capacities. We try to ensure that the people delivering parcels to each individual remain the same week by week, so that they can develop a rapport. We also contact each of our regular recipients of support each week, with the aim of creating a network that connects our users to each other and their community, reducing the risk of social isolation and the negative health outcomes that it causes. We believe in community. This foundational value is why we wish to establish an intergenerational lunch club, enabling members of the community to socialise with each other where they otherwise would not have the opportunity.
