Our vision: Our vision is a world where animals live free of suffering. With your help we can move the world for animals. We're World Animal Protection. We're on a mission to end animal cruelty and suffering. Forever. Evidence shows that animals are sentient, individual beings who feel pain, fear, and joy. Yet, every day, billions of them experience unbearable cruelty. Putting animals first isn't just better for them, it's vital for us and for our shared planet. Find out what we can do, with your support, to end the cruelty and exploitation of farmed and wild animals. Together, we can transform the lives of animals across the world.

RES NON VERBA ASOCIACION CIVIL (known as Civic House) is an international nonprofit organization that provides a space for creation and collaboration to boost and integrate high-impact civic innovation initiatives, promoting and supporting their sustainability. Civic House aims to gather a community of initiatives that use technology for social change, striving to make the Latin American region more equitable. Within Civic House, there are several initiatives as shown on its website, https://www.civic.house/en. All these initiatives share the same legal personality, as Civic House provides legal, accounting, and administrative support, allowing the initiatives to focus solely on impact. The grant we are applying for, in partnership with 3M under their 3M Impact Post-Project Support, is related to the Ada ITW initiative. Since 2017, Ada ITW has been committed to reducing the gender gap in the tech world by providing technology training to women and assisting them in their job integration process. Over the past seven years, we have trained more than 30,000 women, nearly 60% of whom are now employed in the IT sector. We offer a range of courses and bootcamps in technology, along with payment ease programs and full scholarships for women and femininities who cannot afford these courses. We collaborate closely with hundreds of social organizations in the region to facilitate job placement. As our training is delivered virtually, our reach is regional, only limited by language barriers. I would also like to note that the financial statements and legal documentation we will present belong to Civic House (RES NON VERBA), while the annual budget we will share pertains to Ada ITW internally.

At Impacto Digital, our mission is to harness innovative technology to address concrete human rights challenges and catalyze systemic transformations. We identify and scale highly effective community solutions through technological advancements, benefiting thousands of people. Our organization was founded in 2016 on the conviction that innovation and technology are powerful tools to transform reality and ensure the full exercise of human rights. Since then, we have established ourselves as a leading nonprofit organization in creating technology-driven solutions aimed at resolving urgent social challenges. Our unique approach has enabled the implementation of programs and projects that address various areas of work, positively impacting Argentina and Latin America. One of our flagship program is Contrata Trans, that has the mission to overcome the systemic exclusion and discrimination that transgender and non-binary (TNB) individuals face in the job market. We achieve this through several key strategies: 1. Technology-Driven Solutions: Our platform, www.contratatrans.org, connects TNB job seekers with inclusive employers. This user-friendly website allows TNB individuals to create profiles showcasing their skills and aspirations, while employers committed to diversity can post job openings and search for suitable candidates. This digital interface helps break down traditional recruitment barriers, offering a safe, supportive environment for TNB job seekers. 2. Comprehensive Training Programs: We provide targeted training for both job seekers and employers. For job seekers, our training covers resume writing, interview skills, and workplace rights, enhancing their marketability and confidence. For employers, we offer workshops on fostering inclusive work environments, addressing unconscious biases, and implementing non-discriminatory policies. This dual training approach ensures that TNB individuals not only gain employment but also thrive in these environments. 3. Network of Inclusive Employers: We actively build partnerships with a broad network of companies, public entities, and institutions committed to diversity and inclusion. With over 440 companies in our network, Contrata Trans enhances job opportunities for TNB individuals in supportive workplaces, promoting their retention and professional success. 4. Advocacy and Awareness: We engage in advocacy to heighten awareness about the challenges TNB individuals face and the advantages of inclusive hiring practices. Our public campaigns, workshops, and collaborations with other organizations spotlight these issues, aiming to foster systemic change and reduce societal discrimination against TNB individuals. 5. Community-Led Leadership: Our initiative is led by TNB professionals, ensuring that our strategies and programs are deeply rooted in the community's experiences and needs. This leadership structure not only provides relevant guidance and support but also positions TNB individuals as capable leaders, contributing to cultural shifts toward acceptance and inclusion. Contrata Trans is more than a job placement service; we are a movement towards inclusivity and equity. Our mission encompasses several key areas: 1) Empowerment: We empower TNB individuals by providing them with the tools, resources, and support needed to navigate the job market successfully. 2) Visibility: We increase the visibility of TNB professionals in various industries, challenging stereotypes and biases that contribute to discrimination. 3) Support Systems: We build strong support systems within workplaces to ensure TNB individuals feel safe, valued, and respected. 4) Economic Independence: We promote economic autonomy for TNB individuals by facilitating access to stable and fulfilling employment opportunities. 5) Policy Advocacy: We work towards policy changes that promote non-discrimination and inclusivity in workplaces at local, national, and international levels. 6) Community Engagement: We engage with the broader community to foster understanding, acceptance, and support for TNB individuals. We envision a world where TNB individuals have equal opportunities in the job market, free from discrimination and bias. We aim to: - Expand Our Reach: Grow our network of inclusive employers and increase our presence in different regions and industries. Influence Policy: Advocate for policies that enforce non-discrimination and promote diversity and inclusion in workplaces. - Foster Cultural Change: Work towards a cultural shift where diversity is celebrated, and TNB individuals are valued for their contributions to the workforce. - Sustainable Impact: Ensure that the changes we make are sustainable and lead to long-term improvements in the socio-economic conditions of TNB individuals. In summary, Contrata Trans is committed to creating a more inclusive and equitable job market for TNB individuals through technology-driven solutions, comprehensive training, strategic partnerships, advocacy, and community-led leadership. Our mission is to not only facilitate employment but to foster environments where TNB individuals can thrive and succeed.
