Every day, lives are changed by a single, selfless act - the gift of organ donation. Among those waiting for transplants are 2 groups of people: those who die waiting and those who receive the gift of life. Our work raises awareness of the urgent need for organ and tissue donors while helping recipients who have overcome the impossible to live life to the fullest. These individuals have faced life's greatest challenges; they are advocates for the cause but need resources, education and community. Transplant recipients have a unique opportunity to advocate for organ donation and raise awareness. Physical activity plays a crucial role in the recovery and long-term health of recipients. When recipients compete in world events, they demonstrate to the world what can be achieved through the gift of organ donation. Additionally, our programs provide recipients with community, tools, and resources to address the many challenges they face, leading to an increased quality of life. The WTGF promotes amateur sport amongst recipients, living donors and donor families; promoting the study of transplantation; educating the public and raising awareness of the world shortage of donor organs; sharing new knowledge from biological/clinical studies; promotion of mental and moral improvement for recipients, living donors and donor families; fostering international friendship and relations.

The Cazarettos Association is a non-profit organization that, through Joelette mountain chairs and the directional bar, engages in adaptive sports and accessible hiking trips. It is primarily dedicated to enabling people with functional diversity to access natural environments and participate in inclusive sports. These are some of the association's activities, as it also has a section focused on spreading awareness about our work so that inclusion becomes part of education in schools, high schools, associations, etc. A large part of the funds raised is also allocated to research on rare diseases. These activities are carried out by volunteer members who selflessly dedicate their time to promoting inclusion in natural environments for people with functional diversity. Our organization is a community-based, non-profit organization. The Extreme Challenges we undertake are always for a charitable cause.

Basket Beat is an organisation dedicated to people, especially those in environments with fewer opportunities, supporting their personal, collective, social and community growth through making, creating and learning music together using basketballs. Our mission is to promote critical thinking and meaningful encounters between people, as well as to recognise diverse bodies and ways of living. Beyond supporting groups that experience vulnerability, the organisation is also committed to engaging and accompanying the professionals and institutions we work with.

Cleo's mission is to improve social projects to reduce inequality and poverty levels. Cleo uses its team's diversified experience to design and implement socially concerned initiatives. Although the panel is wide, Cleo has become specialized in projects focusing on women's empowerment, young leadership, gender equality, social pedagogy, child protection, and human rights. Cleo also leads initiatives that provide comprehensive support to women survivors of gender-based violence, including psychosocial care, access to protection services, and pathways for economic reintegration. These programs are developed in close collaboration with local communities and aim to strengthen resilience, autonomy, and social participation. Cleo is managing a teenager empowerment project in several of Barranquilla's poorest suburbs. Using urban arts as a way to develop creative and critical thinking skills, it provides teenagers with an alternative to the drug business dilemma. Another project aims at helping parents raise their children by offering pedagogical and psychological support, promoting positive parenting and family well-being.

As a result, RDT addresses all major areas of development, including access to quality education, improved livelihoods, ecologyand the environment, equal opportunities for people with disabilities, women's development and empowerment, and access to healthcare. We organize, at a grassroots level, women, men, andpeople with disabilities into groups to enhance their strength, confidence, and ability to resolve their own issues and problems. An important RDT-Vicente Ferrer approach is the continuous sharing of knowledge, skills, and awareness about all aspects of life. Collaboration with the government and other NGOs to draw maximum benefits from development. To raise people's awareness and support their use of government schemes and resources. Though the organization has a special program forwomen's development, it believes that women's progress should be a factor in every area of work and life, including education, where emphasis is placed on young girls, and healthcare, for the overall well-being of women and girls. We believe in continuous training and orientation for staff members and people. We also have an HR department that regularly organizes internal and external training sessions for staff members of all levels and people on leadership, group building, problem solving, and gender-related matters, among others.
