Worldwide, around 60 million children have no access to primary education and roughly 387 million children are unable to acquire basic skills, despite attending school (Global Education Monitoring Report, UNESCO, 2017). It is our vision to create a world in which every child can read and write. Since 2006, Visions for Children e.V. has been committed to ensuring that every child is given the opportunity to obtain a basic education with which they can acquire basic skills. We particularly build on and contribute to the fourth sustainability goal of the United Nations' Agenda 2030 - namely to ensure an equitable and high-quality education. We believe schools to be anchor points that give children the chance of a self-determined future by means of capacity building within the entire region.

Kisoro Community Volunteers Association (KCVA) is dedicated to empowering communities, particularly vulnerable groups such as women, children, and the disabled. One Acre Stichting is a Dutch (Netherlands-based) ANBI (charity) organization, that raises and deploys charitable funds for One Acre Fund to equip African smallholder farmers with the supplies and training they need to thrive.

Village Vision Care (VVC) is a registered nonprofit community-based organization in Uganda dedicated to restoring hope, dignity, and opportunity among vulnerable children, persons with disabilities, youth, single and young mothers, and elderly people without family support. Guided by faith-based values of compassion, integrity, and service, VVC empowers disadvantaged communities through education, health, livelihood, skills development, and environmental conservation. Our mission is to provide accessible, affordable, and compassionate education and care that nurture the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, while equipping families with sustainable skills to break the cycle of poverty.
