CARITAS AUSTRIA's main activities are aiming at social support and advocacy for those in need. These activities are taking place in Austria and abroad, whereas the main focus is lying on national work in Austria. The Help a Family Donation provides food and drinking water to people who live on the street, families who live in abandoned buildings. Our mission is to ensure that these most vulnerable people in Valencia receive or can prepare one meal per day along with access to drinking water.

The Maecenata Foundation is an independent Think Tank founded in 2010 and based in Munich. It addresses issues of civil society, civic engagement, philanthropy, and foundations. Since 2011 it comprises all of Maecenata's activities. The foundation directs the activities of its programmes to represent carefully considered positions. Spanish Federation of Food Banks (FESBAL) is a nonprofit organizations based on voluntary and aims to recover surplus food in our society and redistribution to the needy, avoiding any waste or misuse. The food banks do not deliver food to the needy but to charities and social assistance have recognized officials in close contact with the collective need. They are officially recognized organizations. In the case of Spain, fifty four Food Banks are integrated into the Spanish Federation of Food Banks.
