Skateistan is an award-winning international non-profit organization that uses skateboarding and education for youth empowerment. Over 1,800 youth, aged 5-17, attend Skateistan's programs in Afghanistan, Cambodia and South Africa. Through their innovative programs, Outreach, Skate and Create, Back-to-School and Youth Leadership, Skateistan aims to give youth the opportunity to become leaders for a better world.

To unlock the potential of young marginalized Afghans through education as a means to prepare them to fully participate in the society.

The Habitat International Coalition (HIC) is the global network for rights related to habitat. There are 263 million children and youth who do not attend school. Solve Education! is a not-for-profit organization that is committed to providing an opportunity to receive quality education for these students, as well as for the millions of others receiving an education which fails to improve their income-generating prospects. Leveraging the growing ubiquity of broadband and smartphones, we are experimenting with how to use game mechanics and artificial intelligence to enable the mass-customization of education. We are determined to provide an effective education for the children and youth around the world who are currently unable to access this.

The Oruj Learning Center is a women-led nonprofit organization established in 2002 to provide girls and women with equal access to all levels of education throughout Afghanistan. Oruj believes that educating women and girls is key to empowering them to fully participate in and equally contribute to Afghan society. The Oruj also realizes that no society is just if it promotes gender-based discrimination of any kind. Thus, Oruj values the education of boys and understands that today's well-educated youth will have a greater understanding of each other and are the bright leaders of tomorrow.

We are an NGO that promotes and protects the rights of vulnerable and marginalised through community empowerment, action oriented research, policy dialogue, and legal aid in Uganda.

Association for Aid and Relief, Japan(AAR Japan) is a Non-Governmental Organization ( NGO ) aiming to provide emergency assistance, assistance to people with disabilities, and mine action, among other operations. It was established in 1979 as an organization with no political, ideological, or religious affiliation. AAR currently has offices in 10 countries.

We are a South African registered charity dedicated to encouraging disadvantaged individuals and communities to develop to their full potential in sport, education and health. We are committed to using sport as a tool to develop the disadvantaged and vulnerable youth. We do this by; 1. Using direct sports coaching - for its health benefits, improved emotional well being and increased life skills (teamwork, leadership, decision making, communication). 2. Using sport to discuss critical issues - by delivering curriculums on topics such as HIV / AIDS awareness in a fun and interactive manner on the sports field. 3. Using sport for improved education - by providing pathways to success for talented and dedicated individuals through scholarships to top local schools and tertiary education.
