APRRN is a network of more than 200 civil society organisations and individuals covering more than 30 countries in the Asia Pacific region. APRRN was formed in November 2008 at the first Asia Pacific Consultation on Refugee Rights (APCRR), held in Malaysia, in which representatives of 70 civil society organisations from 14 countries determined the necessity of establishing a coordinating entity to convene collaborative action and thus progress and advance refugee rights across the region. APRRN aims to advance the rights of refugees and other people in need of protection in the Asia Pacific region. APRRN is a collaborative movement which advances the rights of refugees and other people in need of protection-including refugees, people seeking asylum, torture survivors and complainants, trafficked persons, IDPs, stateless persons, migrants in vulnerable situations and returnees-in the Asia Pacific region so they may have equal and adequate access to assistance and protection, and to timely durable solutions. APRRN's Secretariat is a trusted advisor and crucial resource. We deliver the essential toolkit to facilitate joint, comprehensive and far-reaching refugee rights advocacy in the region, to ensure refugees, migrants and asylum seekers have access to equitable assistance, socioeconomic inclusion, protection and timely durable solutions. This includes delivering human rights capacity building; distributing emerging information regarding inclusion and human rights; convening forums and learning exchanges for members and non-members to facilitate essential discourse; sharing best practices; and engendering collaborative advocacy action to advance refugee rights in the Asia Pacific region. Advocacy conducted in silo is ineffective. APRRN facilitates cross-cultural collaboration and regional action of otherwise isolated human rights groups, galvanising and directing momentum to ensure the region is effectively, safely and collaboratively demanding action and thereby advancing the socioeconomic inclusion and equitable human rights of refugees and asylum seekers. APRRN's action is critical to ensure governments in Asia Pacific implement refugee rights legislation, to prevent and end severe violations of fundamental human rights such as immigration detention, Rohingya persecution and loss of life at sea. By working together as a regional network, our ability to hold national governments to account is magnified, and therefore we can achieve the greatest inclusive policy and legislative change to advance the equal rights of refugees and asylum seekers in the region. The Asia Pacific Refugee Rights Network is registered as a Foundation in Thailand, under the name Foundation for the Rights of Disadvantaged Populations, on the advice of legal professionals. We are Charmaghz! A Kabul-based registered non-profit organization. Charmaghz is dedicated to promoting critical thinking among Afghan children. We are a group of young Afghans who have witnessed war and its direct impact on our childhood firsthand. Our childhood, like millions of other Afghan children, was lost before we could live it. The pain brings us together in order to make a difference in other children's lives. We believe that creating a supportive and enabling environment such as Charmaghz where children can wonder, read, ask questions, be themselves and can have fun, will help our children grow to positive and open-minded individuals. will lead to innovation and development of the country as a whole. It will also contribute to creating a just and equal society.

Action for Development assists communities in the achievement of their own development goals. In other words, it aims at ensuring a certain relief for the Afghan population through development programs. Our efforts are spent in ways that maximize the impact of any of our actions and we remain fully accountable to communities where our programs take place. The sustainability of any development program lies within the communities' acceptance of the change. For our action to produce lasting results, communities have to guide the use of resources and learn the managerial and technical skills to do so. This is why our approach is fundamentally community-based. We seek to provide fractured, new, or changing communities with opportunities to work together for a common purpose and the ability to undertake future endeavors of their own. Participation transforms communities into effective teams. Community involvement in project implementation, and interaction with development organizations leaves them more enabled, ensuring that subsequent programs have lasting effects. Community familiarity with the programs leaves them with expectations. These expectations drive the performance of future implementers and encourage them to engage in a process of learning. Thus the dynamics of development change. AfD also emphasizes collaboration with vertical programs and asks of other organizations what we ask of our team members - "How can we make sure that a wide range of health services are provided to people?" AfD believes that yields from separate but related development efforts are maximized through the integration and harmonization of programs. Today's efforts and resources should be used to enhance opportunities for a healthy and prosperous life. AfD is committed to helping Afghan communities according to their own development goals and to explore creative avenues to give Afghanistan Solutions for a Brighter Future.

Japan Platform is an international emergency humanitarian aid organization, which offers more effective and prompter emergency aid with a system where NGOs, business community and the Japanse government, work in close relation, base on equal partnership, making the most of the respective sectors' professions and resources. We aim to build a system to cope with international emergency aid together with all the parties concerned.

Worldwide, around 60 million children have no access to primary education and roughly 387 million children are unable to acquire basic skills, despite attending school (Global Education Monitoring Report, UNESCO, 2017). It is our vision to create a world in which every child can read and write. Since 2006, Visions for Children e.V. has been committed to ensuring that every child is given the opportunity to obtain a basic education with which they can acquire basic skills. We particularly build on and contribute to the fourth sustainability goal of the United Nations' Agenda 2030 - namely to ensure an equitable and high-quality education. Kennedy, Jr., and several veteran Waterkeepers, Waterkeeper Alliance is a global movement of on-the-water advocates who patrol and protect over 100,000 miles of rivers, streams and coastlines in North and South America, Europe, Australia, Asia and Africa. Waterkeepers defend their communities against anyone who threatens their right to clean water - from law-breaking polluters to unresponsive government agencies. Made up of nearly 200 local Waterkeeper organizations, Waterkeeper Alliance keeps Waterkeepers connected, provides them with legal, scientific and communications support, and unites their voices as they take on major global water issues together.
