Centre Grey is an extended community that includes the area from Feversham to Priceville, Dundalk to Chatsworth & numerous villages & municipalities in between. Our community also welcomes many seasonal residents & regular visitors who see Centre Grey as a home away from home. We all rely on Centre Grey Hospital in Markdale to provide first-rate health care; a task that it carries out admirably. In recent years, through the generosity of our community, the hospital has acquired a new ultrasound machine, colonoscope, vital signs monitor, operating room table & other essential medical equipment. Yearly equipment commitments are currently in excess of $150,000 and growing steadily. Your gift is critically important in helping maintain the capacity of our hospital to provide first-class health care to the Centre Grey community. With over 18,000 annual Emergency Room visits alone, you can be sure that your donation will help someone every day of the year.
Mercy Ships is the world's leading non-governmental ship-based medical organization. Our goal is to transform the lives of the world's forgotten poor. One by one. Our hospital ships and land-based teams provide primary medical care, relief aid and community support to the most impoverished people on earth, free of charge. The Africa Mercy, the world’s largest charity hospital ship, is crewed by 450 volunteers from around the world, delivering medical excellence and developmental programs with integrity and compassion.
Our services extend beyond simply providing food. Our programs are designed to build skills that help people move out of the cycle of poverty. We offer a full range of programs within our facility including: the provision of Emergency Food Assistance, the Food Co-operative program, Infant, Youth, Adult and Seniors Program and Employment Readiness Programs. Programs provided by outside agencies available at our facility include: Family Counselling Centre of Cambridge and North Dumfries; Waterloo Region Community Legal Services and ACCKWA.

Seven Oaks General Hospital Foundation is a not-for-profit charitable organization that is committed to supporting the programs, equipment, and projects that make our hospital a leader in innovation, prevention, and continuity of care.
The Huronia Communities Foundation is a locally run public foundation that aims to strengthen philanthropy. It builds and prudently manages permanent, income earning Endowment Funds from charitable donations. Annual earnings from these Endowment Funds are given in the form of Grants to charitable programs in support of our community. The Huronia Communities Foundation does not compete with other charities, but exists to support other local efforts by providing donors with an opportunity to make their financial support perpetual. The Huronia Communities Foundation serves the community made up of the Towns of Midland and Penetanguishene, the Townships of Tay, Tiny and Georgian Bay and Elmvale, Coldwater and Christian Island.

At Hospice we believe that the dying should experience dignity and peace, their caregivers should get the help they need, and their friends and family should be supported in their grief. We have served Terrace and surrounding communities for over 20 years.
