Trillium Health Partners Foundation was created following the amalgamation of The Trillium Health Centre Foundation and The Credit Valley Hospital Foundation in July, 2013. Together, as one foundation, we are raising the critical funds needed for pan-hospital and site specific initiatives. Whether we focus our support at one site, on one project, on research or on one piece of equipment, the combined impact affects the entire hospital system and the community that it serves. Comprised of Credit Valley Hospital, the Mississauga Hospital and the Queensway Health Centre, Trillium Health Partners serves the growing and diverse populations of Mississauga, West Toronto and surrounding communities.

NECEF was founded in 1984. The organization is a volunteer based organization that operates on two broad defining objectives: to promote a greater understanding of history, culture and contemporary situation in the Middle East, focusing on the Arab World; and, to fund humanitarian, educational, development and health related projects in the region.

Distress Centres Ontario (DCO) is a provincial network that facilitates promotes and works to build the capacity of community-based agencies engaged in activities related to suicide prevention and improving the quality of life for Ontarians experiencing mental health problems. We work diligently to meet the needs of our members and help them to develop the Distress Centre movement in Ontario. Our success will be measured by our ability to forge and sustain new partnerships with agencies and organizations who share a similiar interest in improving the lives of those who face significant emotional and mental health issues.

We are a non profit organization that is part of a national network providing service and information for persons with Spina Bifida and / or Hydrocephalus and their families.

St. Paul's Hospital is recognized provincially, nationally and internationally for a number of specialty programs and services. Some are not available anywhere else in BC. As a 500-bed academic health centre affiliated with the University of B.C., the hospital serves patients from across the province, as well as the residents, businesses and visitors in Vancouver’s heavily populated downtown core. St. Paul’s also has a longstanding history of providing care to disadvantaged populations on the city’s Downtown Eastside. St. Paul's also plays a critical role in the education of physicians, nurses and other health professionals and is a major health research facility. St. Paul’s is part of Providence Health Care, Canada’s largest Catholic health care organization.

Rural Ottawa South Support Services (ROSSS), with offices located in Manotick, Metcalfe and Richmond, is a non-profit organization which provides a variety of programs and services to assist seniors and adults with disabilities to continue living in their own homes. ROSSS services clients in the former Rideau and Osgoode Wards, Rural Goulbourn and areas that are immediately adjacent. ROSSS is operated by a small permanent staff that coordinates 250+ volunteers who are involved in the delivery of programs and services.

Tropicana Community Services Organization was founded in 1980 as a non-profit community organization to serve disadvantaged youth and their families, particularly those from the Caribbean. The first major project implemented was counselling services aimed at teenaged drop-outs in a high need area of Scarborough, Ontario. In 1984, Tropicana established formal links with the United Way of Greater Toronto, and was the first organization from the Black and Caribbean community to become a United Way member-agency. Today Tropicana is a growing service-delivery agency with programs designed to address issues affecting all youth, newcomers, members of the Caribbean and Black communities and others in need. Current services include counselling, settlement services, tutoring, youth leadership programs, Success Through Aggression Replacement Training, March break and summer camps, day care, employment counselling, and youth drop-in.

The Thyroid Foundation of Canada is a non-profit registered volunteer organzation whose mission is to support thyroid patients across Canada through awareness, education, and research. Funds to support the programs of the foundation come mainly through membership and donations.

Our focus will be in the following five areas: * Awareness and Acceptance, * Capacity Building, * Funding, * Research, & * Public Profile As a federally registered, charitable organization of volunteers, we receive no government funds for our operations. All programs are provided by the organization's ability to fund operations from annual programs including membership, special events at both the national and local levels, specific project grants, sales of goods & merchandise and of course the generosity of our donors.
