Syinc is an experimental youth engagement nonprofit that enables and channels the energy and creativity of young people to the social challenges of our time and in our community. We are driven by this question: The problems feel big, and we as people feel small. How do we, on the ground, interact with inherently structural socio-economic issues in any meaningful way? Can we? We work with partners to understand the underlying factors of complex problems, grasp the wider context that surrounds them, and co-create solutions that speak to real needs of real people - fellow community members, neighbours, citizens. In doing so, we work in and through community, both strengthening and revealing the gifts within that we believe already exist. We just try to be a mirror to reflect the awesomeness that sometimes just needs a space to shine.
KNE Sustainability Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting global sustainable thinking and action. Our goal is to accelerate the dissemination of sustainability knowledge through modern media and e-learning. We are funded through partnerships, grants, and collaborations with organizations committed to sustainability and regeneration. Our key initiatives include the Global Goals Compass, a tool that provides guidance on the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and ReGen.rocks, an interactive social learning platform designed to educate young people on sustainability, connect them in a social network and match them with regenerative projects. Additionally, we connect researchers in the field of sustainable development, create innovative e-learning programs, and support companies and organizations in effectively implementing sustainability and regeneration strategies. CARE Singapore exists to help vulnerable young people find direction, hope and success. We employ a multi-dimensional approach that engages and empowers youths, schools, families and communities. CARE's mission is to help youths succeed. Every person is useful and has something positive to contribute. At-risk youths can be social assets instead of social liabilities. By being there for those who need a little more support, we can help change their future. Archimedes famously said, Give me a fulcrum and I will move the world. CARE's chosen fulcrum is working with AT-RISK YOUTHS.
