The Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre is a non-profit organization that responds to the needs of people in our community. Our goal is not only to provide emergency food and clothing to Saskatoon's less fortunate, but also to help people learn valuable life, computer, literacy and employment skills.

Toronto Public Library Foundation was established in 1997 as a registered charity. Since its inception, Toronto Public Library Foundation has raised over $55 million in support of Toronto Public Library priority needs. The Foundation's long-range goal is to build an endowment fund that will generate sufficient income to support enhanced library programs, collections and services in perpetuity. The urgent needs for the Library include: improved and expanded collections, enhanced programs and services, upgraded technology, and revitalized community spaces to respond to the changing needs of the people of Toronto. Indspire (the former National Aboriginal Achievement Foundation) is a registered national charity that provides the necessary tools for Indigenous peoples, especially youth to achieve their potential. Our focus is on supporting, innovating, and fundamentally transforming Indigenous education. To date, Indspire’s Building Brighter Futures: Bursaries and Scholarship Awards program has awarded over $49-million in bursaries and scholarships to over 14,000 First Nation, Inuit and Métis students nationwide. Our other programs, Soaring: Indigenous Youth Career Conferences and Industry in the Classroom: Indigenous Youth Career Seminars, focus on introducing students to potential careers and opportunities. Each year we recognize 14 outstanding Indigenous achievers at the Indspire Awards. This nationally televised gala provides role models for Indigenous youth and celebrates the rich contributions First Nation, Inuit and Métis people have made to their communities and Canada.

The CPFQ Child Sponsorship Program is designed to build bridges between the Canadian community and Palestinian children living under occupation or in refugee camps. Children enrolled in our program live under conditions of extreme poverty and unemployment. Many of them live in densely populated refugee camps. A suitable infrastructure is absent, seriously threatening the physical and mental health of residents. Many children suffer from serious health problems and disabilities. Due to financial hardship, many have to leave school at a very young age to help support their families. The severe restrictions on employment and movement make the future of these children very bleak. In addition to providing much needed financial assistance, the program helps maintain stable and rewarding relationships between each child and their sponsor. This simple message of hope can offset some of the effects of the chaotic and insecure conditions in which they live.

Our mission is to research, recognize and remember Poland's citizens fighting for freedom and survival in eastern Poland and in forced exile during WW2. We do this by: - Recording wartime Survivor interviews; - Digitising Survivor's personal documents and memoirs; - Assisting Survivors and Descendants to research and preserve their family's wartime experiences; - Presenting the wartime histories in our online Virtual Museum, www.Kresy-Siberia.org; - Promoting these histories to the public in through history and genealogy events; - Holding reunions and conferences for Survivors and Descendants to pass on these histories.

Attracting students from across the country and around the world, NBS is the only ballet academy in North America to provide elite dance training, academic instruction and residential care on the same campus. The School’s progressive curriculum, with its emphasis on the physical and emotional well-being of the student, has put NBS at the forefront of dance training internationally. Every effort is made to ensure no student is denied access to the School because of financial circumstances.
