Sisterhood Agenda is an award-winning, tax-exempt nonprofit organization that creates and implements activities for women and girls around the globe for education, support and empowerment. Sisterhood Agenda promotes positive social change and has over 6,000 global partners in 36 countries. Global partners create an extensive sisterhood network to increase local organization capacity and unite women and girls. Sisterhood Agenda's SEA (Sisterhood Empowerment Academy), based in the U.S. Virgin Islands, attracts international participants. On global and local levels, Sisterhood Agenda addresses social, health, economic and cultural issues facing women and girls to promote positive life outcomes. Sisterhood Agenda's social impact is expanded through partnerships with agencies, individuals and businesses throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, India, the Caribbean, United Kingdom, Africa, Australia, and other geographic regions. Action culturelle Alzheimer

The association develops and implements a methodology and a well-adapted support to enable people suffering from Alzheimer's disease or related conditions , from mild to moderate stages, to access cultural visits as well as workshops and artistic events. The structure trains and support museums educators from National Museums to lead the proposed activities. The association has created and implemented an innovative volunteer program to provide respite time for family caregivers through the mobilization of volunteers.

Wisedana Foundation

WISDOM FOR CHANGE We believe in the possibility of being in the world more wisely, for the benefit of all sentient beings and the entire ecosystem. Wisdom, which allows us to recognize the interconnectedness of all phenomena, is the tool by which we can build a more equitable and compassionate society. Our name tells our mission. Wise in English means "wise," dana in Indian pali language means "to give." Wisedana therefore means "to give wisely". While remaining a secular organization, our values and activities are within the Buddhist philosophical perimeter. We encourage the practice of mindful generosity, which according to various Buddhist schools is the first of the virtues to be cultivated in order to overcome ignorance, understood as the main culprit of suffering in the world. Generosity is thus a tool that has an extraordinary transformative power, capable of building effective responses to the most important social problems. Wisedana is an international philanthropic foundation that draws on the values of the Buddhist tradition while expressing itself in a secular form. It caters to philanthropists who wish to be active in building a more equitable, wise and compassionate world by promoting systemic changes in humanitarian, ecological, social, educational, cultural, and fragility care. As Wisedana Foundation, we intend to be the catalysts for systemic change inspired by the values of the Buddhist tradition, leading to the elimination of suffering and major critical issues in the world today. Our role is to identify the actors, synergies, resources and strategies to achieve this and to connect them with the right philanthropists, men and women of our time who wish to nurture the seeds of wise change. We therefore intend to act both as a "quality advisor" capable of recognizing and supporting systemic change in all its activities, and as a "philanthropic actor" in synergy internationally with key stakeholders interested in supporting systemic change toward a wiser world. By "systemic change" we mean a strategy for responding to problems that starts by conceiving of each critical issue as a complex system, which must therefore be addressed through a multilateral and multidisciplinary analysis. The result of this composite analysis is a strategy of approaching the problem from multiple perspectives, taking into consideration all the actors involved and questioning the sustainability of the proposed solution. The value framework of Buddhism allows for a full understanding of the complexity of reality: every being is naturally connected to all others in a relationship of infinite reciprocity, and every arrangement of the world is only temporary and constantly changing. In accepting this condition-now increasingly evident in globalized society-we understand that the only way to effectively intervene in the world is precisely through systemic change. The tool we use is generosity (or philanthropy, which is its organized form) as an experience of relationship toward the other, as a powerful gesture of transformation capable of activating the vocation of individuals to participate in the common good and social change.

Crossing Borders (CB) is a non-profit, non-partisan civil society organisation. The vision of CB is a world in peace with itself in which diversity is celebrated. The mission is to create dialogue space toward such a world and to build the capacity of youth, media workers and educators to realise the above vision. The overall goal is to enable people with different backgrounds to learn to live together on equal terms. Crossing Borders started as a project in 1999 in Denmark in support of meaningful dialogue between the conflict parties in the Middle East. In response to increased activities and demands for the CB concept and services, it was transformed, in 2004, into a dynamic organization with activities in Denmark and abroad.

KOPF, HAND + FUSS gGmbH (KHuF) is a nonprofit organization based in Berlin, Germany, dedicated to shaping a society in which inclusion is not just an idea but a lived reality. Since its founding in 2010, KHuF has worked to promote full and equal participation of people with disabilities and disadvantages by removing barriers and creating inclusive, empowering spaces. At the core of KHuF's mission is a deep belief in the value of diversity and the right of all individuals to access education, employment, and community life. The organization sees difference not as a deficit, but as a strength - and strives to create environments where people can thrive, regardless of their physical, cognitive, social, or cultural background. KHuF's work spans four main areas, each contributing to a comprehensive strategy for greater inclusion: Digital Projects KHuF develops barrier-free digital tools that support learning, communication, and empowerment. These include: IRMGARD, an app that helps adults with limited literacy learn to read and write. LAYA - Learn As You Are, an inclusive eLearning platform accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. HANDschrift, a learning platform in German Sign Language (DGS) to improve written language skills among Deaf adults. AInfach, a project exploring how artificial intelligence can support people with learning difficulties in their working lives. Inclusion Quiz, a multilingual digital tool for accessible and playful learning about inclusion. Inclusive Coworking Space - TUECHTIG With TUECHTIG, KHuF operates a unique coworking and event space that is fully accessible and explicitly designed to welcome people with and without disabilities. It fosters collaboration, visibility, and a sense of community. The space also hosts The Soul Office, a project offering direct psychological support in the workplace. Academy KHuF provides free and inclusive educational workshops and trainings in Berlin that raise awareness, reduce prejudice, and empower participants. These are co-led by experts with lived experience (people with disabilities) and cover topics such as accessibility, communication, mental health, and inclusive work environments. Projects like SPEED and Soul Mate additionally focus on youth empowerment and inclusive mental health support, respectively. Inclusion Consulting KHuF offers hands-on consulting services to public institutions, nonprofits, and businesses looking to implement inclusion effectively. This includes participatory website audits, inclusive design, organizational change processes, and workshops on inclusive communication and accessibility. Across all of these areas, KHuF works with a large and diverse team of experts - many of whom bring their own experiences of disability or marginalization. The goal is to ensure that inclusion is never a top-down process, but something shaped with those who are directly affected. Values That Drive the Work KHuF's mission is guided by these core values: Participation - Everyone should be able to contribute and be heard. We mobilize local communities and resources to reduce social and economic disparities between the villages in the Devetaki Plateau and the big towns in Bulgaria. The Association's efforts are aimed at development and promotion of the region as a tourist destination.

Board of European Students of Technology

Board of European Students of Technology is a non-profit and non-political organisation that since 1989 strives to improve communication, cooperation and exchange opportunities for European students. The mission of BEST is to help students achieve an international mindset, reach a better understanding of cultures and societies and develop the capacity to work in culturally diverse environments. To achieve this mission BEST offers high quality services to technology students all over Europe. These services include a European engineering competition, academic courses, career events and events on educational involvement. BEST offers these events in 96 European Universities, spread among 34 countries, reaching over one million students, with the help of 3300 members. It is BEST's mission to provide complementary, non-formal education in every event that it organises. This to make sure that the students that are reached grow to their full potential before they enter the job market. It is essential for BEST to show students the value of complementary education, not only to widen their perspective on the technology topics covered in their studies, but also to teach them the needed soft skills. To begin, these soft skills are covered in BEST's events by bringing students together with its two other stakeholders, universities and companies, and letting them dialog. Secondly, BEST provides specific training sessions to teach students how to acquire these skills in a safe and stimulating environment among peers. Lastly, this is done not only towards outside students, but also towards BEST's own members. By letting them organise events after they had a thorough knowledge transfer and did some in-depth training sessions, they acquire a lot of hands-on experience that makes them valued assets on the job market. In all this soft skill acquirement, there is one thing that makes BEST special: everything happens in a culturally diverse environment. BEST's volunteers really learn how to cooperate with project members from all over Europe and also the outside students are introduced to a specific mindset that BEST likes to call 'the BEST spirit'. This means that everyone works together, respecting each other's backgrounds, to achieve a common goal: empower students and give them a voice in today's society. For this donation campaign BEST would focus on the educational involvement that it stimulates among European students. It is namely very unique that an organisation run by students offers their peers a voice by collecting data in surveys and events and presenting that data to the relevant authorities. BEST, therefore, attends a lot of conferences about education to be able to share our outcomes to the fullest. We hope to raise some donations in this campaign to be able to carry out next year's planning around the theme of Digital Literacy. This theme focuses on how prepared students and universities are for the upcoming digitisation wave. It raises the question of how we will learn and teach digital skills and how industry 4.0 will make its way into our education. For this program BEST invests in conducting surveys, doing symposia on education and writing scientific papers with the purpose of disseminating the outcomes. It is not the first time that BEST is going to conduct such an Educational Involvement Programme. Last year, for example, the theme was 'Diversity in STEM education' and the years before we covered topics such as pedagogical skills, new teaching methods, relation between university and industry, etc. So what were the steps BEST undertook to create all the materials around last year's topic? First, a team was created to do research on existing literature about 'Diversity in (STEM) education'. Based on that research a survey was created in which 4 diversity types were tackled: cultural diversity, ethnic diversity, gender diversity and students with disabilities. Then, after the answers of the survey were gathered and analysed, the subtopics for the BEST Symposia on Education were identified: in this case, each symposium had a different diversity type. The same team that worked on the content creation of the symposia also prepared and delivered the sessions of those symposia. After the events, the input of all the participating students is gathered in a scientific report, which is then either published in conferences, or disseminated through social media and newsletters. The approach used last year proved to be a successful one and will be repeated in this year's Educational Involvement Programme. If we manage to get more funds via Global Giving, this will mean that we can elaborate this process and spend more resources on content creation, promotion of the surveys and dissemination of our results. In short: we will be able to make a lot more noise in the educational world.
