The members of the ODDPH make it their mission to contribute to: 1. Strengthen the roles of people with disabilities and civil society in defining and implementing the policies of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities; 2. Contribute to improving and establishing a model for developing and implementing action plans and sectoral strategies capable of facilitating the operationalization of the convention on the rights of persons with disabilities which was ratified by the Republic Democratic Republic of Congo since 2008; 3.
