MEOW Foundation is the best known and most respected, no-kill feline rescue and humane society in Alberta. MEOW has a unique three-prong program approach to humanely control and reduce feline over-population: Rescue and Adoption, SNAP (Spay Neuter Assistance Program) for low income Calgarians and TNR (Trap Neuter Return) program for feral cats.
