As a grass-roots organization, our mandate includes the development and delivery of innovative programs and services for youth ages 12-18 who may be disadvantaged, marginalized, or at-risk. We create opportunities for youth to reach their full potential.
ACCESS'S core program, Project Reach Out, is the FIRST mobile drop-in center and outreach program for street involved youth.
