Our Mission

The Canadian Centre for Diversity provides interactive programs that educate young Canadians to see beyond stereotypes, to respect difference and to become leaders of positive social change.

Through our unique Peer Leaders Network program, students send out the message that prejudice and bullying are not acceptable. Using respect and understanding as guiding principles, our program has created a model that is inspiring high school students to rethink their own attitudes and to take decisive action against discriminatory behaviour and bullying.   We plan to grow our Peers program from 20 to 100 schools by 2014, impacting 85,000 students directly and at least 425,000 indirectly. It costs just $30 per student to ensure that Canadian high schools are safe, inclusive places to learn and grow for all students. Please help us to make a difference.
