Our Mission

We are known as innovative, creative and supportive of a worker - involved approach to workplace health and safety.

The work of the Alberta Workers' Health Centre will be accomplished, alone or with others, by: • acting as a ‘first contact’ point for workers seeking help; • providing workers with education and information to help them solve problems; • working to promote health and safety issues in high schools and other learning institutions; • raising public awareness of workplace health and safety issues.
