DTRC programming reflects the complete career cycle of a professional dancer. Emerging dancers are empowered with an understanding of the demands of the profession and are acquainted with the support mechanisms available to help them. Mid-career artists can develop complementary skills, receive professional career counselling and prepare in advance for retirement. Retiring artists have the financial support they need to succeed in a second career.
