Pledge to make a difference, together.
Comuna Angla is an Indigenous community in the high Andes, roughly 90 minutes north of Quito. Among the 300 households that make up the community, only about 10% have a family member working full-time in the dollar-based economy. Most community members sustain themselves by farming crops and raising animals.
The mission of the Angla Community is to support the growth and welfare of its members, families, and community as a whole and to share Indigenous wisdom with those inside and outside the community to strengthen our relationship with the planet.
