Provide care, support, help, and improve the quality of life for orphans living with HIV and children have affected by AIDS. 3. Provide education and training to the public about HIV/AIDS and develop communication skills in preventing and caring for and supporting AIDS patients. 4. Providing advice, coordinating cooperation and receiving-referral to public and private organizations and religious networks, network of people living with HIV/AIDS in the Eastern Region Prevent and solve AIDS problems in various dimensions. 5. Develop and create processes skills and tools for providing assistance in care, pastoral care, restoring health and developing a holistic quality of life.
